phlove22 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

To access the full features of phlove22, including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each individual may register only one (1) phlove22 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

phlove22 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in violation of the one-account rule, or where the registered information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent. Any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on phlove22 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on phlove22 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted Payment Methods: phlove22 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at phlove22's discretion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phlove22 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to fully verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may not process withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Source of Funds: phlove22 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into your account, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

phlove22 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• phlove22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• phlove22 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected, at its sole discretion.

All games available on the phlove22 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game on phlove22, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generation: All phlove22 slot games and applicable table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the phlove22 Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the phlove22 Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to phlove22 support immediately.
• Using the phlove22 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Accessing phlove22 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phlove22 account.

All content on the phlove22 Platform — including but not limited to the phlove22 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of phlove22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phlove22 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phlove22 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phlove22 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any phlove22 software.
• Use any phlove22 trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of phlove22 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phlove22.

phlove22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlove22 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phlove22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Suspected use of automated software or other prohibited tools.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to phlove22 or other players.

You may close your phlove22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phlove22 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
